Woodridge has decided to pause social media activity for the next six months. This pack walks you through confirming your own access to Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile before we step back on our end.

02 / Step 1

Facebook page admin access.

Please confirm you can see and manage the Woodridge Facebook Page from your own account. Once confirmed, we'll remove our side of the access for the duration of the pause.

How to check your Facebook Page access

  1. Log in to your personal Facebook account
  2. In the left-hand menu, look for Pages and click through
  3. You should see the Woodridge Page listed there
  4. Click into the page and confirm you can access Page Settings
  5. Once confirmed, flick us a message and we'll wrap up our access

Instagram access check.

Please confirm you can log in to the Woodridge Instagram account. Once you're in, there are a few quick security steps worth running through before we step back.

How to update your password

  1. Log in to the Instagram account using the details we shared
  2. Tap your profile picture in the bottom right corner
  3. Go to Settings and Privacy
  4. Tap Accounts Centre, then Password and Security
  5. Choose Change Password and set a new one only you know

Recommended: Enable two-factor authentication

While you're in the security settings, it's worth switching on two-factor authentication. It adds an extra layer of protection so only you can access the account, even if someone else gets hold of the password.

  1. Go to Settings and Privacy → Accounts Centre → Password and Security
  2. Tap Two-Factor Authentication
  3. Choose your preferred method (text message or an authenticator app)
  4. Follow the prompts to complete setup

Google Business Profile access.

Please confirm you hold Owner or Manager access on the Woodridge Google Business Profile.

How to check your Google Business Profile access

  1. Go to business.google.com and log in with your Google account
  2. You should see the Woodridge Homes listing under your businesses
  3. Click into the listing and confirm you can access Business Profile settings
  4. Once confirmed, flick us a message and we'll wrap up our access

Left exactly
as they are.

Nothing gets archived or hidden. Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile all stay live and visible for the six months, ready to pick back up whenever you're ready to start again.
